By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the ClickFix mobile application or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "you") and ClickFix ("we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ClickFix platform — including the mobile application available on Apple App Store and Google Play, as well as the website located at clickfix.me.
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and not previously suspended or banned from the Platform.
You must register an account to book services. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
You must immediately notify ClickFix at info@clickfix.me if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ClickFix shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to keep credentials confidential.
ClickFix operates as a managed home services platform — not a marketplace. This distinction is important:
Important: ClickFix is not a marketplace where independent contractors set their own prices. You are contracting with ClickFix for service delivery, not directly with a Provider.
ClickFix offers services across multiple categories including Cleaning & Maintenance, Concierge & At-Home, Garden & Outdoor, Handyman & Repair, Improvement & Renovation, Moving Services, Pet Services, Pool Care, Pest Control, and Specialized & Niche services. Service availability may vary by location within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
To book a service, you must: (1) create or log in to your ClickFix account; (2) select your desired service category and specify service requirements; (3) confirm your service address and preferred date and time; (4) review the pricing shown upfront in Saudi Riyals (SAR); and (5) confirm the booking through the Platform.
A Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of an in-app confirmation notification. ClickFix reserves the right to decline or cancel any Booking at its sole discretion, including due to service unavailability, safety concerns, or non-compliance with these Terms.
You may cancel a Booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows (failure to be present at the service address at the scheduled time without prior cancellation) may incur a fee equivalent to the full service cost.

Why these rules matter: Keeping all transactions on the Platform protects you with our Happiness Guarantee and workmanship warranty. Off-platform arrangements void all coverage.
All prices are displayed upfront in Saudi Riyals (SAR) before you confirm a Booking. The price shown is the final price — there are no hidden charges.
All payments are processed securely through the Platform using your chosen payment method. You will not be charged until the service is completed and confirmed satisfactory, or as otherwise specified at booking.
All prices are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. ClickFix will provide a valid VAT invoice upon request.
Refunds are processed in accordance with the Happiness Guarantee (Section 8) and our Customer Protection Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
All Providers on the ClickFix Platform are:
ClickFix continuously monitors Provider performance through customer reviews and quality audits. Providers who do not meet our standards are removed from the Platform.
ClickFix stands behind every service delivered through the Platform. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, you may file a claim within 72 hours of service completion through the app or by contacting our support team.
Upon receiving a valid claim, ClickFix will, at its discretion: (1) dispatch a Provider to re-do or rectify the work at no additional charge; or (2) issue a full or partial refund. ClickFix's decision following a good-faith review of the claim shall be final.
Exclusions: The Happiness Guarantee does not cover damage caused by pre-existing conditions at the service location not disclosed at booking, customer-caused damage after service completion, or claims filed outside the 72-hour window.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the ClickFix name, logo, brand assets, software, application code, designs, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to ClickFix and is protected under the intellectual property laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and applicable international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercialize any part of the Platform without ClickFix's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
Nothing in these Terms limits ClickFix's liability for death or personal injury caused by ClickFix's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Saudi law.
ClickFix may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if ClickFix discontinues the Platform. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.
You may close your account at any time by submitting an account deletion request within the app settings or by emailing dpo@clickfix.me. Outstanding balances remain due and payable upon account closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
For consumer protection matters, you may also contact the Saudi E-Commerce Council or the relevant authority under the Ministry of Commerce.
ClickFix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
